Support RTF

This is how
it stays possible.

Trans people should not have to wait for politics to catch up in order to access safety, stability, and care. Your support makes that care possible now.

The $25,000 Campaign

This isn't a gala. It's the infrastructure that makes the work real.

This fundraiser is not for a new building or a big launch. It's to keep the lights on for the work that already saves lives — 12 months of core operations so RTF can keep showing up for the trans, gender-diverse, and intersex people who need us.

When you give, you are not funding overhead. You are funding the infrastructure that makes trans-led care possible in the first place.

Our first milestone is $5,000. Reaching it means we've locked in our core tech and insurance for the year.
A personal ask
Can you be one of the first 100 people to give and help us hit our first milestone? Every amount matters. Every person counts.

Rainbow Transformations Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. All donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. EIN: 99-1706471.

Campaign goal
$25,000
12 months of core operations · First milestone: $5,000
Every dollar goes directly to keeping RTF operational. No fluff. No gala. Just the work.
Tech & toolsThe virtual infrastructure that lets us run 1:1 coaching and group sessions — for clients who may not be able to come in person.
Insurance & complianceThe basic legal and operational foundation that keeps our doors open. Not optional. Not glamorous. Essential.
Part-time operationsSo we can respond to referrals, track impact, communicate with partners, and not burn out doing all of it alone.
Outreach & support groupsSo trans, gender-diverse, and intersex people can actually find us — and get into the (Zoom) room.
Support a Life

Fund care directly for someone who needs it.

Every dollar raised through our scholarship fund goes directly toward creating access to mental health and addiction care for trans, gender-diverse, and intersex people who would otherwise be left out — not because of who they are, but because of what they can afford.

This is not about covering the minimum. It's about making sure someone gets the best care, not just the care their insurance covers. It's about paying for a sober living bed, a coaching engagement, a therapist who actually understands — not just one who is technically trans-affirming on paper.

Too often, the people who need the most support have the least access to it. This fund exists to close that gap — one person at a time.

Sober livingFunding a bed in a safe, affirming sober living environment for someone in early recovery — the foundation everything else depends on.
RTF coaching — pro bonoEnabling RTF to take on clients who cannot pay — so lived-experience, identity-affirming coaching is not a luxury reserved for those with means.
Best-fit therapistPaying the gap between what insurance covers and what a truly affirming, experienced therapist actually costs — so someone gets the right help, not just any help. Funds go directly to the therapist; therapy is provided by licensed clinicians under their own credentials, not by RTF.
Crisis stabilizationCovering the cost of emergency stabilization support — the moment when someone needs a safe place and someone in their corner, right now.
Scholarship decisions are made with full community input and in accordance with RTF's equity commitments. Priority is given to people most marginalized within already-marginalized communities.
Partner with RTF

Build something together.

RTF is building an ecosystem — not an island. We are actively seeking relationships with organizations, institutions, and individuals whose work intersects with trans, gender-diverse, and intersex care, housing, policy, and community building.

Partnership with RTF is not a transactional relationship. It is a shared commitment to building infrastructure that lasts — grounded in TGI self-determination, honest about what we're each bringing, and oriented toward long-term systemic change.

If your work intersects with ours — whether you're a TGI-led org, a clinical training program, a housing developer, a policy advocate, or a cultural institution — we want to be in conversation.

Lived experience is non-negotiable
All partnerships operate within RTF's lived experience governance. Community knowledge shapes every collaboration — not as input, but as leadership.
Non-extractive by design
We don't borrow from communities we partner with. We build with them. Every partnership should strengthen both parties and the ecosystem.
Co-designed, not imposed
Partnership structures are developed together — from MOU terms to shared programming. Nothing lands on communities from above.
